Thinking of Bonneville today… It would be nice to be on the salt early this morning… One of my favorite groups there was a San Diego team (Home of your Blogger Extraordinaire) The Bean Bandits… They have some really great iron out on the track and they seem to be doing things right.
The David Busby built engine for the Busby/ Munz Bonneville Roadster… It looks a little different than when it was the original 95 horsepower to begin with.
I am officially dubbing this ‘Warm-Up to Bonneville Week’…
Yes, we first has Pebble Beach and the Concourse D’Elegance, but we bringing up the Jim Khougaz Bonneville car, and then we are headed up to Bonneville… That means after this week, we will have a ‘Pebble Beach, Concourse D’Elegance’ week, then a ‘Real Bonneville Week.’ So stay tuned it will be interesting.
